Invest by LinnetFlow is an educational platform. It includes lessons, AI coaching, a risk-free stock market simulator, and tools that simulate real-life investing. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Do not scrape, resell, or misuse our content.
• Do not abuse the AI features or attempt to extract our prompts.
• Be respectful in any communication with our team.

All content, code, designs, and trademarks on the platform are owned by LinnetFlow or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial educational use.

We aim for high availability but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or pose a security risk.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinnetFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any decisions made based on educational content or simulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinnetFlow is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
