You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable export of your personal data at any time. We respond within 30 days, as required by GDPR.

1. Access your data

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including your account, profile, lessons progress, and simulator activity.

2. Correct your data

If any of the data we hold about you is incorrect, you can ask us to update it. Most profile data can be edited directly in your account settings.

3. Delete your data

You can request full deletion of your account and associated personal data. This is irreversible. Some records may be retained where required by law.

4. Export your data

Request a machine-readable export (typically JSON or CSV) of your personal data so you can transfer it to another service.

5. How to make a request

Send an email to the address below from the email address associated with your account. Include the type of request and any helpful context.
